getting focused before game

   There is a big part in life when you come across a though point and have to get passed the jitters. 'Having your game face on before the game helps over come jitters' This article ties in with me because before every game i always get scared with jitter bugs. so befor every game i sit away from everyone els and i pray and continue to put a game face on. ''Good athletes know their bodies well, and It is important to be present and aware of how you are breathing." The article is telling the truth because there are time where i am in the game and i am tired so i start to breath in threw my nose and out threw my mouth.
This method helps me when i am on the the field in the fourth quarter,and i need a break but cant take one because my team needs me.
    Getting rid of jitter bugs before the game is better to try to over come. "While others may be distracted by weather, conditions of a field, who the opponent might be, what the team record is, etc., you just need to do what you came to do." This method helps me beacuse i always get nervous and i always tell my self that im not the only one thats feeling this way and not to stress about it. Also another way that i get rid of jitter bugs is to remind myself why i am there and that someone needs to get the job done and im the one to do it. "Great athletes do not predict their next move or action based on their last failure." This is a great method because if you have your mind set that your gonna mess up it happens. It was 4th and goal and i had my mind set that i was gonna make it in the endzone. The ball was snapped and Jacob Hardin handed me the ball and i plowed right in.
